FAQ

How do I apply?

Have a look through our current vacancies and apply for any vacancy using the online application process. If there are no current vacancies that your skills are suited to at the moment, you can register your CV by submitting a speculative application and we will keep your details on file for any future vacancies.

When can I expect to hear from you?

If you have applied for a specific vacancy, we will send you confirmation of your application details by email automatically. From this point our resourcing team will contact you within five working days of receiving your application. At this point we will explain the next steps of the process for that vacancy and timescales with you.

Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?
No. We can only consider applications from those with a full and valid work permit to work in the UK.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, we welcome you to apply for each vacancy that you have the right skills and qualities to meet the requirements. Please think about the type of role that will suit you and your ultimate goals, and only apply for appropriate vacancies.
What can I expect at an interview?
Lots of questions! We'll want to know all about your background and whether you have the right skills and qualities that relate to the role for which you're applying. We'll also want to find out about you, your enthusiasm for our business and the industry we work in. Of course, interviews work two ways, so you'll be encouraged to ask questions about us in return.
If my application is unsuccessful, can I request feedback?
Yes. In the first instance the HR representative will inform you of our decision.
How long will the process take?

The length of the process will depend on the specific vacancy that you have applied for. The recruitment process for all vacancies is structured and has tailored timescales for each vacancy throughout each stage of the process. On average we look to conclude all interviews within three weeks of our vacancies being advertised, with an offer to be made to the successful candidate within one week of interviews being completed.

What can I do to prepare for my interview?

Visit our corporate website and get familiar with our product. Understand what we need from you so be familiar with the role profile. During the interview we will ask you to tell us about recent situations that demonstrate how you meet our requirements - you will need to use real examples and be honest. Most of all, relax, get a good night's sleep and arrive on time! Take a look at our tips on Preparing for Interview.

What is moneysupermarket.com's position on the environment
and the community?

We take our responsibilities very seriously and we try to do our bit to help. We have a ‘green team’ who work to find ways of reducing our environmental impact and making us a more sustainable business – from improved recycling, sourcing ethical products where possible, cutting energy use, and developing our transport policy. In addition to our corporate charity of the year, we also have a .community team to increase our engagement, and make charitable donations to, the local community. We’ve allocated some budget to support local charitable initiatives in the North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside and Great Manchester areas, particularly initiatives for: children and young people, healthcare, technology and the internet, money and travel. Where possible we look to fund a particular item (new toys for a playgroup for example) rather than just making a general cash donation. We also aim to visit all our causes and make the donation in person.
