Reward:

  • ichoose moneysupermarket flexible benefits plan launched in 2009 provides Life Assurance, an Employee Assistance programme and a Group Personal Pension Plan with a range of options to choose from:
  • Pension to help you plan and save for retirement, moneysupermarket.com offers a substantial benefit to all employees in the form of the moneysupermarket.com Group Personal Pension Plan. Membership of the plan is voluntary and is offered on completion of three month's service with the Company. If you join the Plan, moneysupermarket.com will contribute to that Plan, subject to you making the minimum contributions. To qualify for the contributions, your personal contributions will be made under SMART arrangements, providing the added benefit of tax efficient savings.
  • Life Assurance all employees are covered by free life assurance to the value of three times' basic salary. You won't need a medical to qualify for this and it comes at no cost to you.
  • Employee Assistance we recognise the importance of looking after the wellbeing of our employees and provide a free confidential telephone helpline to employees and their families, available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. From bereavement counselling to debt advice, medical enquiries to emotional support, whatever the problem is, our telephone EAP offers support to employees when they need it most.
  • Share Incentive Plan we want you to share in our success so we give you the chance to join our Partnership Share scheme. You buy shares at the market price every month, saving tax and National Insurance on the salary you use to do this. You can start, stop, or change the amount you invest at any time. And if you do keep the shares in trust for 5 years you'll get even more tax advantages.
  • Childcare vouchers  to assist parents with the costs of childcare, we provide a childcare voucher scheme. Parents can order vouchers which are exempt from tax and NI deductions, to help pay towards childcare which means you can save a sizeable portion of your childcare costs.
  • Eye care we will reimburse you for eye tests and if you require glasses solely for the use of a VDU, we will also make a contribution towards the cost.
  • Holiday entitlement all full time employees receive 23 days annual leave in addition to the 8 Public holidays; pro-rata in your first year of employment, depending on your start date. Our holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December. If you work part-time, your entitlement is pro-rated according to the hours and days worked. In addition, we provide an extra day holiday for every 2 years completed service at January each year, up to a maximum of 3 days.
  • Flexible working patterns each department has a structured, flexible working arrangement for its employees. The patterns are built with you in mind and are there to aid you in your work/ life balance.
  • Recruitment Bounty we recognise that talent breeds talent, so if you know of other talented people just like you we will reward you with up to £500 if your introduction is successfully recruited (subject to three month's service).
  • Corporate discounts we have negotiated exclusive discounts with many businesses including hotels, package holidays, experience days, gym membership, restaurants, florists, garages etc
  • Free parking we have the additional benefit of holding two car parks, which offer free parking to all of our employees.

 

Recognition:

  • Service Heroes in celebration of long service and continued loyalty to our business we recognise and reward those with 5 and 10 years service with experience day vouchers ranging from paintballing, scuba diving, wine tasting and health club passes to champagne balloon flights, helicopter flying lessons, supercar driving and London theatre breaks.
  • Birthdays are great, we love them and so do you! We hold monthly parties in celebration of your birthday and fellow birthday colleagues’ with drinks and birthday cake.
  • Basket of Thanks is our company wide commendation scheme which provides a fun way to give thanks and appreciation in recognition of colleagues’ efforts. Great deeds deserve thanks so you could receive a commendation for a job well done, outstanding individual performance, going the extra mile, great teamwork, cooperation, thoughtfulness.
