Our Offices

We have three main offices in Ewloe (near Chester), London and Manchester. Each office has a mix of brand and group roles with teams using video conferencing to stay in regular contact. Leadership roles are spread across the locations and we hold monthly collaborative Floor Briefs to ensure we are kept up-to-date with what we are all doing across the Group.

Our Ewloe office is just a 15-minute drive from Chester station, and offers free onsite parking. With its good road connections to Liverpool, Chester and Wrexham, many colleagues take the opportunity to live locally in the beautiful Flintshire countryside.

The office itself has been built with collaborative working in mind – with lots of open plan space and areas to meet and work together. As we’re on a small business park with few shops close by, we provide free breakfast and lunch in our café - Bytes – all cooked fresh on site. There's also table football and Xbox available as well as a variety of sports, wellness and social activities to get involved in.

In our own words …

“It’s a really easy commute and there’s rarely any traffic, so getting back to pick up from childcare is never stressful.”

“The free breakfast and lunch is such a perk. The food is great – and I save so much money.”

“We’ve enjoyed team hikes and outings to Zipworld in Snowdonia – it’s only just over an hour away from here.”

Our London office, just a two-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station, is surrounded by fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. The office is open plan with large communal kitchens on each floor for sharing in the free breakfasts. From 2018 we are moving to a brand-new office in the heart of buzzing Soho. Our new space has been designed with agile working in mind and offers flexible, open plan working, with plenty of collaborative areas to catch up with colleagues.

Our social events team do a great job at organising activities that everyone can get involved in including a Sports Day each summer and regular fitness classes at a gym around the corner. The central London location also makes it an easy commute for most, and also an easy place for people to meet up with friends or colleagues after work.

In our own words …

“At 4pm on Friday we have a company-wide quiz and break out the beer and prosecco – it’s a great start to the weekend!”

“I live quite a long way out of London – but the central location makes it a much easier commute than most of my friends have.”

Our Manchester hub is located at the heart of the City Centre close to a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment venues. The office works brilliantly as an open plan environment with a large communal kitchen area offering a great space to catch up informally with colleagues over the free breakfast.

The Xbox means that people can have all-important down time at lunchtime or after work. Not only that, you can be up a mountain in the Peak District within 40 minutes or windsurfing across Lake Windermere in just over an hour.

With three stations within half a mile, and tram stops even closer, many colleagues commute in by tram, train or live in central Manchester.

In our own words …

“You can be yourself in the Manchester office, it’s a truly inclusive place.”

“The central location is excellent for commuting and also for getting together after work.”

“There are lots of spaces for collaborating, which makes my job a lot easier and the coffee is great!”
