How did you find out about Moneysupermarket.com?
I was looking to advance my career and broaden my experience by taking contract work. I was recruited by an Agency to work at Moneysupermarket.com initially on an interim basis to review the company’s recruitment practices. I was offered a permanent role soon after to oversee all recruitment.
I was attracted to join the company permanently by the scope and variety of work my role offered which was due to the company’s extensive growth plans. I also found it appealing and refreshing to work for a company that is open to new ideas and suggestions. The company’s overall philosophy and the ambition of the people that makes it so successful is inspiring and motivating.
What did you do before?
2 years in HR in Retail.
What’s the best thing about working here?
Being able to make a difference and seeing the results immediately. The opportunity to be involved in as much as you want and have real responsibility from day one.
