Telephone Interviews
Ideally you should aim to take the call in a quiet place where you are able to discuss your application details without any interruptions.
If you are on a mobile, it is a good idea to check that you are in an area that has plenty of reception.
We are keen to learn as much about you as possible so please be prepared to run through an interview and provide as much detail to support your application as you can.
Before the Interview
It always helps if you are able to research our company, products and competitors thoroughly so that you can answer any questions about us the interviewers may ask. You can find plenty of information on our careers site as well as our homepage www.moneysupermarket.com.
Ensure you have read through the role profile in great detail so you know exactly what the role entails before meeting the hiring managers and note down any questions about our company or the role that you want to ask at the interview.
We would recommend arriving at our offices with at least 15 minutes to spare to ensure you are able to park in good time.

The Interview
We like to learn as much as we can about you so feel free to sell your skills at interview. If you need to clarify any of the questions just ask and the interviewer will be happy to elaborate
Ideally you should bring a copy of your CV to the interview so you can refer to it if you need to.
Our interviews are competency based so we focus on understanding specific examples of where you have demonstrated your skills, whether they are from previous employment or experiences you have encountered in University or throughout education we are keen to understand how you can fulfil the role.
If you can't think of an answer, don't worry you can always agree with the interviewer that you will go back to it at the end – feel free to allow yourself some time to think before you respond.
